Earn Points, Get Rewards – It’s Super Easy!
Starting Nov. 23, Inner Fire Yoga is going to reward you for doing what you already love to do: coming to classes and workshops at Inner Fire!

Inner Fire Yoga is partnering with Perkville, an online rewards program that integrates with our administrative software called MindBody Online. The great news is that you really don’t need to do much at all to earn rewards!
When Inner Fire goes live with Perkville, you’ll get an e-mail asking if you want to participate in Perkville. You’ll need to take just a few minutes to set up an account, but then after that, if you choose, you don’t need to do anything besides coming to class to earn points.
You’ll be able to earn points for the following:
- 5 points per class attended
- 15 points per workshop attended
- 2 points for posting about and tagging Inner Fire on Facebook
- 2 points for posting about and tagging Inner Fire on Twitter
- 25 points for referring someone who buys a yoga package

Once you get to 250 points, you’ll earn a $10 Inner Fire Yoga gift card, which can be used to purchase yoga, workshops or retail items. It’s that simple!
Yoga Immersions
The 2011/2012 Yoga Immersions are an opportunity to indulge in a long, more thorough yoga experience. In these two-hour Yoga Immersions, you’ll practice the fundamentals of yoga, but you’ll also enjoy longer holds, a few challenge poses, meditation, yoga breathing techniques, yoga wisdom and more.

Guest Passes
Coming in summer 2012, members of Inner Fire Yoga will receive a few guest passes each year. Now those friends and family members who you’ve been encouraging to try yoga can give it a try with only an investment in time. Individuals who take their first class with a guest pass can still purchase Inner Fire’s introductory offer of $30 for a month unlimited yoga.
Book Club
In the fall of 2011, Inner Fire Yoga launched its Book Club because we strive to create a supportive community that will encourage, stimulate and motivate you to create a life of balance, strength and inner peace. Our new book club is yet one more way to build this community! If you are interested in joining Inner Fire’s Book Club, please e-mail Karen Erstad, Inner Fire’s programs manager. While not every book we read will be 100 percent focused on yoga, the plan is to choose books with an overall positive rather than negative tenor. Book club meetings are at Inner Fire Yoga at 12:30 p.m. about once a month on Sundays.
Member Movie & Potluck Night
Mark you calendar for Feb. 18, 2012. On this evening, Inner Fire Yoga will host a potluck (so please bring a dish to pass) and a screening of the ‘Y Yoga’ movie, a documentary written and directed by Arthur Klein. Here’s an excerpt from Klein’s synopsis of ‘Y Yoga’:
“A year after beginning this every day yoga practice, Arthur was approached by two of his teachers and invited to capture what was unfolding in the yoga community. So for the last 6 years it has been his sadhana to explore, question and capture this emerging distinctly Western voice in yoga through a compelling collection of diverse American yogic stories.
‘Y Yoga’ captures the philosophy, intention and spirit of Yoga from a charter school born out of riot torn South Central Los Angeles, to American soldiers in Iraq as they are taught ‘Yoga for Regular Guys’ by world famous wrestler Diamond Dallas Page.
Through a combination of interviews, drama, humor, music and inspiring imagery, ‘Y Yoga’ documents how this ancient technology is alive and well today in the United States spreading love and light resulting in peace and happiness for many.”
Value of Membership
It’s hard to place a value on greater peace in body and mind, alleviating aches and pains, and all the other wonderful benefits yogis regularly experience when they regularly practice, but we need to keep the heaters going strong and the teachers well compensated, so members do make an investment to join Inner Fire. Our sincere hope is that you receive a lot of benefits in return for a regular practice, and know that the more often you come as a member, the less you pay per class. For example, $109 per month for yoga may seem like a lot, but if you practice 5 times per week, you’re only paying $5 for each class. This is a great value! Check out our savings matrix.
