About Our Heated Space
Inner Fire Yoga’s heated rooms are the ideal space for practicing yoga! The addition of heat allows your body to limber up faster and find a deeper practice. Heat can range anywhere from 75 to 105 degrees F, by request.
Inner Fire Yoga’s studio space can accommodate up to 68 people at the West side studio or 27 at our East side studio. Studio spaces are only available outside of regularly scheduled classes. View our class schedule for reference.
Use Your Own Space: Save $75 per Group Class if you’d like to use a location other than Inner Fire Yoga’s heated studio space. Off-site Group Class locations must be…
a) within 10 miles of an Inner Fire Yoga studio
b) conducive with practicing yoga (ie. flat, spacious enough for a group, etc.)
c) cleared by Inner Fire Yoga staff ahead of time
Experienced Instructors
All of our teaching staff are fully certified Yoga Instructors with a minimum of 200 hours of training. Request one of your favorite Inner Fire Yoga instructors or let us find a best-fit instructor based on your group’s preferences!
Variety of Yoga Styles
Most groups request an all-levels, flow-style yoga class. We can also offer anything you would find on our class schedule, or something entirely customized for your group. Read about our class styles here!
