Original Hot

The original Hot Yoga sequence (also called Bikram yoga) is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a hot, humid room. You can look forward to improved focus and a full-body detox after every class. When practiced regularly, you will build strength, flexibility, and mental acuity. There is no music in Hot Yoga classes - it’s just you, the teacher, and your yoga mat. This athletic style of yoga is appropriate for beginners and experienced yoga students alike. It is offered as a 60, 75, and 90-minute class.
Power
Temperature: 🔥🔥
Power Yoga is a fun and energizing style of yoga that will detoxify and electrify your mind and body! Most Power classes will include sun salutations, warrior sequences, and inspiring music. With regular practice in our heated rooms, Power Yoga can increase your flexibility, build strength, reduce anxiety, and improve your mood. Power Yoga is appropriate for all levels, but we recommend you inform the teacher ahead of time if you are a beginner so they can help you move through this briskly-paced class.
Slow Flow

Slow Flow yoga is a mindful, slowly-paced yoga class that incorporates conscious breathwork with focused movements. This class will build strength through longer holds, detoxify the body through deep breathing and sweating in the warm room, and increase flexibility and range of motion through deep stretches. Most Slow classes include foundational yoga poses, special attention to breath and alignment, and longer holds. Slow Flow is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience and is particularly accessible for beginners.
Inner Fire Flow

This class blends the best of both worlds by combining a moderately paced Power Yoga class with some classic poses found in the original Hot Yoga sequence - plus plenty of heat! The Inner Fire Flow sequence will leave you feeling strong, energized, cleansed, and centered. Your teacher will choose a thoughtful music playlist to enhance your yoga experience. Inner Fire Flow is offered in both 60 and 75 minutes. Both are appropriate for all levels of yoga experience. Be sure to hydrate well before this class!
Yin
Temperature: 🌙
Yin Yoga works deeply into the joints, spine, and deeper tissues of the body. You’ll experience long holds of grounding postures, using props such as bolsters and blocks to support the body and deepen your poses. Many students find this style of yoga more challenging for the mind than the body due to the long periods of complete stillness. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and elongated after every class. Yin Yoga is great for all levels and is especially recommended to balance a more “yang” practice, such as Hot or Power.
Inner Fire BURN
Temperature: 🔥🔥
Heat: Medium.This class utilizes a combination of mat pilates and HILIT (high-intensity, low-impact training) exercises in a warm room, complete with dynamic, energizing music. This fitness-style class is a great complement to your yoga practice. Build strength and cardio and have fun doing it!

The On-Demand library is only available to Members, as well as certain other unlimited passes such as the Intro Month and Student Semester Passes.
